Check out our free photo work in May, and then decide if you'd like us to take some more photos, in the Fall. This year, we like the challenge of the custom chalkboard, which is unique for each student. **There is no pressure to participate in the back to school photos. The reward photo is independent of that.
Schools are always looking to motivate!
If you are a teacher or a school administrator, then you understand the constant challenge to make learning fun.
This year, let us help you with that. We sometimes create custom school supplies, and starting this Spring, we will make 1 school supply of choice for the top performing students in our Central Valley schools. If you have received an invitation package from Fairy Dust Fotos, then browse our designs below and decide if you would like for us to create either a photo school notebook or 5 photo folders for one of your top performing students this May, so he or she can start the next school year off with a colorful bang, this Fall.
The custom photo notebook or folders reward is
FREE OF CHARGE.
The school will NOT be charged for the photo school supplies and the chosen student will also NOT be charged.
This is a reward for academic performance, and it is to go to only one of the top performing students of each school.
As the photographers, we only require the use of a room with
10 square feet of open space for which to take the photo.
There must also be at least 1 electrical outlet, to light the photo.
An MPR room would work well, but a typical classroom would also work well, or even a cafeteria or gym. Just make sure there is a few feet of open space and a place to plug in a light.

These designs are for your school's top performer.
Back to school photos are standard 8 by 10 prints. These photos are not turned into school supplies. We complete the design, and then the final print is ordered through Walmart. Back to school photos are $40 each, with discount bundles of 4 dollars off per photo for an order of 30, if all are taken at the same school. The 30 student discount package ($36 each) will require a month of turn-around time, to get every custom photo created correctly and finalized. The photo shoot itself also requires the use of a school classroom or MPR room, or any open space for which to set up and shine a light on the student. So again, an electrical outlet is needed.
Only 10 students will be photographed in a day, so the 30 student discount package will require the use of an open space on 3 separate days, in order to get the full 30 students taken.
Any more than 30 back to school photos will require more than a month of turn-around; 60 students would be 2 months, etc. Our limit for Fall Back to School photos is 60 photos, so we can finish those in time for the Winter holidays. However, we can pick up and create more school photos in January, after the holidays have passed, if there is continued interest in that.
Payment must happen up front. This can be in the form of a check, or Paypal or Zelle. Once payment is received, we will arrange times and dates and meeting places to take the photos.
Turn around time largely depends on the number of photos taken during the month for post work, but generally speaking, each student will typically have their finished photo at the end of the following week after posing for the shot.
